We start with water. Fresh living spring water is the base of all the products we create. We believe the foundation of health is cooking and the foundation of cooking is water. We collect fresh living spring water at the source in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina. The water is filtered through quartz and is perfectly structured for brewing. For this reason Asheville, NC has become a destination for some of the best beer in the world. From our medicinal tonics(link) to our Jerky(link) and our Medicinal Mushroom Stock(link) all of our products are plant based organic and locally sourced. 

We waste nothing. After we use water to extract as much of the spirit of the mushroom as possible with water. We then marinate the fruiting bodies and dehydrate them to create the most healthy jerkies(link) on earth. We treat the mushroom extraction in a few ways. We blend it with wholesome organic veggies to create a rich highly medicinal stock. Our Medicinal Mushroom Stock is meant to be used as a bone broth replacement. It combines Maitake, Lions Mane, Oyster mushroom, Turkey Tail, and Reishi.
